Be Med Free, a program to get off meds
We offer a medically advised transformational program for seamlessly coming off of SSRIs.
What is going on
Inappropriate and overprescribing of psychotropic meds like SSRIs, benzos and stimulants has been on the rise. Data indicates that in 2020 psychotropic prescriptions for drugs like SSRIs increased massively, a 20% increase in a single month. Many people begin taking these drugs without an understanding of the true cause underlying their symptoms. They also have not been adequately educated on the risks of these drugs. Some people begin these meds without trying much else to improve their mental state. Research is now showing that these meds are not as effective as we once believed. Many people on them feel numb and disconnected from their lives, from themselves and their loved ones.
For those on SSRIs, now is the time to reclaim yourself, restore your inner balance and bring harmony and connection back into your life.
Reclaim your body. Reclaim your sex drive. Reclaim your heart. Reclaim your life.
Does something feel not quite right?
Do you feel like a zombie? Have you lost your sex drive? Have you gained weight? Are you feeling disconnected from your true self? Are medications making life dull? Have you tried stopping the meds but couldn’t stand the withdrawal symptoms? Are you afraid of what is on the other side once you go off meds?
We’re here to help.
There is a better way…
Symptoms are not necessarily a sign that one needs more drugs, but more commonly symptoms are an indication that physical and emotional balance needs to be restored within. You are not broken, your body and mind are just calling for help. Our work guides people in the lifestyle changes that will restore harmony within the body, mind and soul.
Our approach
Be Med Free is a medically advised transformational program offering an individualized approach to guide you in seamlessly coming off of SSRIs. We believe these powerful and often toxic drugs are really meant to be a last resort, not a quick band-aid “solution” that just masks symptoms. When symptoms such as depression arise, its an indication that the mind, body and ones entire life needs to be restored to balance. Be Med Free will show you how to reclaim your body, your sex drive, your heart and your life.
Our program is based on our mission to support people who were inappropriately prescribed SSRIs to liberate themselves from the pharmaceutical drugs and find harmony within themselves and their lives.

Why we do what we do…
The pendulum effect is used to describe the tendency that cultural and political issues tend to swing between extremes. This effect is also seen in healthcare. We live in a time where the pendulum has swung way too far into the favor of pharmaceuticals. There is a pharmaceutical “solution” for almost anything now and business is booming. The medical community has already recognized that over prescribing antibiotics has led to widespread antibiotic resistance and superbugs. It is also well established that overprescribing opiates created the opioid epidemic. This overprescribing is fueled by the pharmaceutical companies and their strategies are well documented in the recent Purdue Pharma legal cases.
Now thousands of people are questioning the reasons why they were prescribed an antidepressant and whether they are even effective. Research supports our patient’s observations and shows that antidepressants are not as effective as we once believed. The most common complaint from people on antidepressants is that they aren’t experiencing as much sadness but that they feel numb and disconnected from their lives. We believe that antidepressants have been vastly overprescribed and that there is an immediate need to help people come off their meds.
Unfortunately, stopping an antidepressant is often not easy. Many people experience an antidepressant withdrawal symptom which may include insomnia, sensory changes, unpleasant thoughts, anxiety, and depression. When people experience this withdrawal the natural inclination is to want to start their antidepressant again to make the unpleasant symptoms go away which reinforced a belief that they need these meds. We have created a program that helps people wean their antidepressants and reestablish their lives off of medication.
